Lights flicker
When the car is running all of the lights flicker, the interior, dash and external lights. The alternator and voltage reg. have been replaced. Any suggestions ?

If they actually cycle on and off, that's the thermal circuit breaker inside the headlight switch working as designed, reacting to a short. The headlight circuit doesn't have a fuse - it has a circuit breaker inside the switch so you don't lose the headlights completely.
