Default Holley carb baseline?

Does anyone know the best way to set up a rebuilt Holley 4bbl before putting it on the car? I know fuel bowl level can't be done but how 'bout mixture? Something like how many turns from all the way seated, etc. Any ideas you've successfully used would be a big help. Thanks!

Rule of thumb:
Lightly tighten air and fuel screws till they seat (lightly)
then back em' both out 1 1/2 turns.
Good chance you like it right there.

LYNN you can preset the float level.Pull the bowl body off of the carb and turn them upside down. Now adjust your float level so that you can insert a 7/16 drill bit between the float and the bowl body. That will get you pretty close for starters! :yesnod:
