On my 62, the 2 bolts on the rearmost exhaust pipe to frame mount are missing.
I'm at a loss as how to re-install them as......
1. neither of the two holes in the frame are threaded and.....
2. the holes are only in one side of the frame and not completely through.
3. there's no easy way to get a nut inside the frame.
I have no idea what is correct or original, but I'd be shopping for some blind hole thread inserts of the appropriate size. Try the yellow compartment trays at an Ace Hardware or a Lowes. From the looks of it 3/8"-16 or 5/16"-18 will get the job done.
If you have access to the back side within reasonable distance, you can use a 'handle nut'. A 'handle nut is made by brazing a length of thin rod to the side of a hex nut so you have a handle. Had to make some 'handle nuts' when I installed the fenders on my '40 Ford.

Those were P/N 171109 5/16" self-tapping bolts - they made their own threads in the holes in the frame. You could go up one size to 3/8" if the holes aren't wallowed-out too much, or install Rivnuts to accept the correct 5/16" bolts.
