For those that do not know what Don is considering here maybe I can help.

This is the correct radiator & here is the specs
4600 BTU $695 base $770 detailed & dated

This is the replacement (we call Direct Fit)
4100 BTU $525

Now, this might get someone off the fence. We are going to have a price increase on the restoration radiators effective Jan 1st. All Restoration radiators are going up $100 across the board.
We are doing this because both aluminum material and brazing costs have gone up several times. Our prices have remained the same for over six years and we've absorbed all the price increases. Can't do it anymore. But just in case anyones is shocked, here is what GM sold them for 22 years ago.

PART----------1984 GM list----------DeWitts 2007
3150916---------$855--------------$870
3155316---------$655--------------$795

So, if you were thinking of getting one, now is the time!

Hey Tom,
Do you offer a Corvetteforum or special Christmas year end discount?

We need to increase the price, so no. But you would save $100 if you order before year end.

I will say that with all the parts I've had to buy for my 65, Tom's restoration radiator was by far the truest reproduction.. Do yourself a favor and go for the restoration radiator...

In this hobby we are not always fortunate to get such a visible item to be made the same as original in appearance and material.

With a #matching car I'd recommend a dated one too.

You say your car is matching numbers and you do get in judged so why wouldn't you get the restoration radiator and keep your Vette correct. After all were only talking $75.00 here.

Tom,
Yep, that would make more sense Tom. Whether he gets it judged or not, $75 is a small price to pay in order to keep his matching numbers car correct. Or did he mean to say it was a non-matching numbers car.
I've had your "restoration" in my radiator 65 since 1998 and it has served me well. Thanks for making such a good product.

I have a 66 350 coupe w/factroy AC. The car had lived in the Seattle area its whole life and had a copper brass replacement Rad. I brought the car to Sacramento CA ,100+ Did all I could do and then sprung for a Dewitt exact replacement. Best damn money I've spent on the car.
100 +day, stop and go traffic, AC running with 38 degree duct discharge and the temp is 190. Used to fret watching the gauge. Now I don't have to... Thanks to Mr. Dewitt and his fine radiator.
