I am trying to find a set of headers for a SB 454 that will connect to the stock sidepipes. I need 1 3/4" or 1 7/8" primary tubes. The following link discussed sanderson headers making them but they stated they did not http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1548909. Stahl headers make a set but they are expensive and would require fabricating the sidepipes.

I use Headman side pipe headers with stock side pipes. You do have to fab a short piece of pipe to meet up with the side pipes (and cut off the upswept pieces off the side pipes) but other than that they hook right up. Don't know of any headers that hook up to an unaltered side pipe.

What is the size of the primary tubes? Most are 1 5/8" for SB's but I need a minimum of 1 3/4".
