I was just in Zion last October and it was gorgeous. I can't imagine what it would have been like with a big ol' row of C1s and C2s to look at in ADDITION to the valley walls.

i don't have a Z06 But I have a 63 with the original metallic brakes, 340 hp with off road exhaust, 370 positraction rear, PB AM-FM radio, Auxiliay hard top, $4998.05
I not only have the original window sticker in very good condition I have the order sheet copy when it was ordered at the dealers, purchasers temporary copy and dealers report of sale from Kendall Chev 315 N Pacific Coast, 20153 Redondo Beach, Cal Final assembly point St. lous, Missouri
Original owner,Gordon M Gatz 1617 Voorhees, Manhatten Beach He kept and passed on the original owners manual, and paper sleeve, radio card, owner protection plan, second owner ( BERT RICHARD HOLLOWAY, 15363 VICTORY BL, VAN NUYS CA 91406 Then a reciept from Harry Mann Chev sold by John B Stacey N/C Mgr. for a total cash price of $4368.81 plus sales tax of $174.75 plus motor vehicle fee of $60 for a total of $4603.56 on the 30th day of April. ( Car should have been built on about the 15 th of April. passed all plus, registration cards, pollution control check slips, south coast air basin inspection tickets, THE 3 RD OWNER ANDY TARLOW WHO PASSED ON ALL PLUS HIS REG.S ANDVEHICLE POLLUTION CONTROL STICKERS

Very interesting. Would it be possible to post a scan or picture of the original window sticker? Thanks.

Yes Critter I'll send to you through email. I have tried and tried but I cannot post pictures to this forum. I read all the directions. I think it may have to do with my second hand server or my brain.
I'll try to scan to you. Some don't like their original paperwork shown for fear of the counterfitters. I don't care. If someone has larceny in their heart they'll find away to trick even the best. I think paperwork is interesting and don't mind sharing, so you can post on the forum if you wish.

The Z06 was available in 1963, then not again until 2001 when it was reintroduced as the FRHT version. Actually, the FRHT was available in Vettes for 1999 and 2000, but it wasn't a very popular model, with a little over 6,000 units built.

I know of a car that was "built" in 1989 that got an invite because someone famous drove it in the 90`s....know or know of Budd Hickey?? Reno NV stockbroker and former owner of both Owens-Corning cars.....he has a notorized letter from Tony Delorenzo that states there were ONLY two cars that he and Jerry Thompson drove....so where did the third car Delorenzo drove at the 50th anniversary event at Monterey come from?? Budd Hickey also has a letter from the attorney of the guy that built it (in 1989) where he calls the car a "contemporary replica racer"....the guy that bought that car after the 50th got an invite the year after the 50th event....and as long as you mentioned it the Edelbrock ZO-6...frame ONLY found in someones back yard, verified as the real deal by builder Bob Joehenek...they bought a 63 SWC body restored the car then find out from all the holes the frame is unsafe...replace the frame...so whats left to make it the real car???????
