Another Horn Question
This concerns a 1965 convertible. I'm replacing my turn signal switch assembly and need to know where the longer black horn ground wire goes. Previous threads say through the firewall and onto the steering column. Where exactly on the column? Any alternate places without going athrough the firewall? My horns work when using a jumper wire and I have the correct ground strap rag joint if that helps. Thanks again. RDN

The end of that wire goes in the end cavity of the curved multiple connector clipped to the steering column under the dash that has all the other turn signal switch wires in it. From there, it goes through the inboard multiple connector on the engine side of the fuse block, to a plug-in terminal on the bottom of the horn relay.
