Default dash capacitors

Capacitors behind dash all look original. Do I need to test if they are still good? Are these regularly replaced or leave it? The only purpose to reduce static on radio reception?

Thanks

There's no way to test them at home, and you probably couldn't tell the difference anyway; they're for radio noise suppression. I'd just leave them alone, and be glad you still have them.

Capacitors do deteriorate over time; the dielectric breaks down. If you use your radio frequently, replacing them will help eliminate interference. If you aren't too concerned with the performance of the radio, don't worry about them.
