Grommets.

Grommets.
I am putting in my rear light harness and am looking for the grommet that goes in the drivers side back wall where the wiring enters the vehicle. Dr. Rebuild and LIC don't list it. Is that grommet supposed to actually be there, or did someone just punch a hole there? There was remnants of an old grommet.

On my 65, there's a grommet there. I purchased the new grommet from LIC. Part number 29-11

It's the same grommet that is used on the firewall for the oil line and for the wiper motor, back up lamp and coil wires. Numero "C" in the pic below.
p.s......it's a thick sonofagun, you may need a sledge hammer to install it.
