Sure, or could just use some filler and black paint.....
Also thought about march 43. 1966..
I do not expect my 42 year old car to have the original starter, but would like to know what it is.

Thanks John. I have been doing some detective work on my car trying to determine what is still original on it. I have owned it for some years but didn`t really care for those numbers and details as long as it looked good and functioned properly. I have found it to still be mostly original including the engine. Suddenly you find yourself changing the hose clamps to the correct ones and.............
