That's my uncle Ed driving his pride and joy!!!
He's not much on computers so I know his car hasn't been on here
just thought I'd share .... he did an extensive frame off right down to the chalk marks years ago.... won a room full of trophy's and quit showing it.... now he drives it for fun!!! he lives in north-central Ohio I am just curious if anyone here knows him???
Don't know him but it looks like he did a wonderful job on his car.
I'm pretty good when it comes to cars(ASE Master tech)... Ed handed me a mirror and a magnifying glass and flashlight and I couldn't find a single flaw in his car!!!
There is a guy in the area you speak of named Bob Ruth who is retired but his son runs the business "Ruth Corvette" that his dad had for many years on the west side of Cleveland. He was the "corvette man" of the area
I met him last June at the show at Roscoe Village in Coshocton, OH. He and his wife were showing the car there and it was such a beauty that I couldn't pass it by without finding out more. Probably spent ten or fifteen minutes with him and really enjoyed our talk.
