Default Engine code question

Several years ago I bought a 61 with a replaced engine. It really ran strong and I saw it was a 3970010 block from 71. I never bothered to look at the vin stamp. Well it has sat for a lot in the last 5 or 6 years. I decided to put dual fours on since I've dressed it to look kinda 60's custom. Anywho upon pulling off the intake I saw that it was a bit rusted/ build up in the water passages from sitting so much. I did see that the intake and heads were port matched. So i figured some performance work may have been done, but when how many miles / years ago. So i decided to pull the heads clean them good and get a valve job done. It had steel gaskets like factory. When I pulled the heads I saw 202 Valves? And the pistons have a slight dome. HUH. Then I decided to see what this engine was born for. It reads
CEB1427 V0812XCD
3 b

I know what a CEB block is. But I have looked through every book and web site I can find but I cannot find the XCD code I can find XC and XD but not XCD. With the dome pistons, 202 heads, and then the XCD code I'm lost as to what this was? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
