Dynamax muffler HP effect?
I am considering changing the stock type of mufflers that I installed on my 63/ 250hp/ 2'' ID exhaust that I purchased from Zip when I did the re-build last year, to get more character in the sound. I understand that a certain amount of back pressure is necessary to get the best performance out of my motor. The advertising script at CC regarding this part claims "increased performance/ more power"- http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb....5Z5Z50000050B- Is this fact or marketing? I'm not concerned about more power, only a significant reducation in HP. I am totally satisfied with the HP I now have from this motor, would just enjoy a bit more volume under acceleration- lib
