C2 Tachometer
I recently had my '67 instrument cluster restored. My tachometer does not work. The tach drive cable is intact - the inner cable is not broke. Disconnecting the cable at the distributor and rotating it does not affect the tach. The tach reads 400 rpm even with the cable disconnected. Does the cable turn clockwise or counter clockwise? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Possibly your cable could be binding in the case.
