Default Wheels offset?

I wonder if anybody can tell me if a set of aftermarket Pro Star wheels will fit my basically stock 1959, the wheels are 15 x 7 with a 4.5" back Space. What tire size could be used?

Thanks

If it is any use, stock backspacing is 3.5", so Pro Stars have 1" more BS, this might start to be a trouble...

i have 7" with 4-1/2" bs on my 62. with 215x75x15 tires i can get the tip of my little finger between the sidewall and the spring. i have since added a 1/4" spacer to get a bit more clearance.
