C1 steering column differences

I bought this tach 20+yrs ago, but the guy didn't have the bracket. So I borrowed John Neas' bracket, traced it on a piece of paper, laid the tracing in a piece of stainless sheet metal and made my own brackets. After bending and drilling holes and fitting, I polished the stainless and mounted it on the 56 column. As you can see, it wouldn't work on a 2in shorter column.

As you can see, it does work. The Sunpro is a much larger tach and obscures the speedo but cars ordered with this option were not meant to be driving the speed limit.
