If you try a "search " in this forum, you'll get tons of great information. Also check the FAQ section at the top of the forum.. I did mine a few years ago.
I liked the M&H harness better than LectricLimited, especially for the dash. Both vendors offer an excellant product, but for my taste, M&H bulb sockets are better.
I would also recommend that you purchase Doc Rebuilds's wiring diagram. Ray Charles could read these diagrams.
Good Luck!!!

I did one about six years ago. HUGE PITA!! NOt only do you need small hands, you also must be a contortionist to make some of the final connections. There are some good threads that give a much simpler way of making the swap. some smart guy figured out to suspend the cluster using threaded rods in the six (?) attaching mounts and connecting all the lights and connections. Search the archives and you'll see. Good luck!

Like they say above there are lots of threads on this. I took my driver seat out to make standing on my head a little more comfortable.

I have never done this either so I figured I would try to do as much as I could on the bench. I had to untape them to loosen them up. It was too hard to get them to reach some of the connection points. I'll clean it all up after it's in.

Note the cluster mount to hold it in place, I am double checking the wires for routing and continuity, and then marking them as to where they go, so I'm not laying on my back saying, "HMmm, where did that color/connector go again?"

Not sure how it will all come out but takin it slow!

Wholly Schmolly
I just got a quote of $1700 for a shop to do both harnesses. That did include harnesses.
