Does anyone know where I could turn to in order to help me find a 1964 corvette I once owned? I bought the car off ebay and had it redone, but the car never ran reliably and I was forced to sell it at auction a couple years ago. If anyone knows of any sites or services, it would be greatly appreciated. It would be great just to find out where the car is and/or get in touch with the current owners. Thanks!
Your request it way too vague. Start by giving us painful details of the car, especially something unique about it that will separate it from the rest. Maybe someone here knows about it etc. Dennis
It was a 64 coupe. Repainted bright red with rechromed bumpers. Had knock-off style hubcaps, and correct looking (for later c2s) side exhaust. Had a gm crate 350 (290hp) 4spd with a hurst shifter and black ball. Car had a polished and black steering wheel, but sold with the original wood style as well. Had a new style radio that fit in place of the original dash opening. The battery had some attachment that allowed you to connect or disconnect the post to hold a charge better, but it always was more trouble than it was worth. New windshield. Brakes, steering, and suspension had all been rebuilt, as well as a new clutch. Had non-radial original style white wall tires. Car sold at auction in nashville if I recall correctly. VIN of 40837S103188. Thanks in advance a ton for any and all help!
