C2 window trim removal

Have to get my '65 ready for paint. Windsheild and rear window trim needs to come off, it's never been off. Have the removal tool. Can't get it going. How do the corner pieces come off then how to the big pieces come off?

I think it took me 15 min to remove both the front and rear trim after watching your video
