There is a possibility that some hushmat is behind the fuse block. That could explain everything. When I was writing that quote. The hushmat rang a bell.Would also explain the tiny shock I felt. All of my chassis grounds are recent new and intact.

Well, I knew I would sleep better if I went and checked. Sure enough about a 1/4 inch of hushmat was under the left side of the fuse block. Took about two minutes to correct. No more gremlin.

Thanks to all!!
