any info on these #s CE4N on a 3959512 casting , I know it is a 327 and shows 250 HP I think the ce were warranty blocks
.would gm have shipped a replacment block without a cam shaft and timing chain installed ? years ago ??? any ideas please thanks ! what was the difference in the build between a 300 HP and 250 hp , heads ? cam ? would the pistons and crank have been different , some old school questions !!!

Someone just had a write up on the diff on the 250 and 300 hp motors. Look at doing a search on here.
