C2 A/C Compressor Source
It appears every major dealers sell compressors, but is there any that are better, or is there anything I need to stay away from? Mine is an older rebuilt and frozen (bad choice of words, it's LOCKED UP). Any help is appreciated. I intend to stay with the original A6 design. Car is factory C60 optioned 1966. Ther is a mercedes supply house named Adsit Co. that shows a Harrison radiator round style compresser May be A-6. I bought one from them a few years ago. Probably set up for 134 ref. (Mine was for R-12). This is a new unit labeled Harrison radiator. Good luck , Abe G

Call Curtis Clark at Classic Air in Tampa. They are local for me. Curtis has been in the business for decades. The shop as rows of NOS and used parts stacked from floor to ceiling. They rebuild most all components. Curtis did the work on the AC system on my 70 SS Chevelle. Jerry
