Open the hood and place a pin in the safety hole to keep it from closing on you. Lay your fender cover or towel over the nose. Lay a makeup mirror on the floor of the nose, and shine a strong light into the mirror so you can see the hairpin clip holding the motor onto the pivot shaft. Rotate the thumbwheel a little to unbind the motor. Unscrew the ground wire screw from the bracket, and unplug the harness plug from the motor. Pull off the hairpin clip. Slide the motor 3/4" towards middle of car and carefully lift the motor while turning it as needed to just fit it through the opening between the hood and back edge of nose. Repeat with the other motor. This whole process should take about 25 minutes the first time, and under 10 minutes the next time, without using light and mirror.
