Default Decoding Under dash Tag

A lot of you guys are experts at decoding various part numbers, etc.
Whie I've had others tell me their interpretation, I'd like a "second opinion".

My '67 BB has the following codes:

D14 S2003
67 467 983AA
420HP

Thanks!

Wow!!!! According to the codes it should be Green exterior with Saddle interior as I read it. 420 is saddle but not sure what the HP would be. Nice combination though.

The "HP" are the Exception Control Letter Codes.
