Engine Codes
There was an earlier post about an engine suffix code (“EC”) and as usual there is 2-3-4 variations on what a particular code is for. So I did like others and did a WEB search (only 3 sites) and found different answers (see below). Same applies to block casting #s.
I will have lot’s of down time as I’m getting a hip replacement next Monday and I though I would build some help/searches and add to my web site www.stl-vettes.com for everyone's use.
Is there a definitive source for:
(Not just Corvettes) (Both SB & BB)
Suffix codes?
Block castings?
Vin #’s?
Plant vs. Suffix vs. Casting vs. ???
