Default Speedo help

Need some help. I screwed up by waiting until now to remove my speedometer for repair (1966 L79). I planned on doing myself but in looking at it, it appears more than I want to tackle. Can anyone provide the name of a good (quick)repair shop. Prefer close to Pa, but at this late date I guess distance doesn't matter.

I did a search on some old threads, but I was hoping for more current info.

Thanks in advance.

Is there a repair shop locally? There's no need to send it out, pay for shipping and risk it being lost/damaged. Corvette speedo's are no different then any other and any repair shop can fix them. My local shop does a complete rebuild for $125 including any needed parts.

A local speedometer shop could be your fastest and most convenient. I don't know Joe Ray Parts. My entire cluster was restored at http://harrisonspeedometer.com/

Thanks guys for your help. Going with Bill Harrison (Harrison Speedometer). Just got off the phone with him. Seemed very knowledgeable.
