Does anyone on the forum have the snap on console/cup coin holder for their C2's, if so how do you folks like them. Thinking about purchasing one. Thanks Ditch.
We have one in our '64 and like it. I got ours from a forum member that decided not to use it.
When I first put it in, I didn't like the looks of it, so I cut some hard felt inserts to go in the openings to make it look more finished:
It does a good job of holding my phone, garage door remote, etc. but the cup holders are so shallow I would not trust them to hold a drink while I was driving though.

Okay, thanks for the pics and the info, in the catalog they looked shallow, thanks again for posting the pics. Ditch
I have the same one Todd has in my 65 Convertible, it is very handy and has two different size cup holders. I like what Todd did to dress it up, think I will do something like that also.

I bought one of these at Pep Boys for a 3 bucks or so. A single screw thru my floor carpet right at the left front edge of the right front seat close to the console holds it in place,,,right next to my Halon extinguisher. Does an excellent job of holding one of those aluminum type thermos bottles or just about any other container. The adjustable "clamp" like device keeps the container tight in place. Positioned where it is in my C1 puts it right where my right hand can easily reach it. Velcro also comes with it to affix it to the floor if you don't want to drill a tiny hole. Called a Spillmaster Euro Junior,,,google it.
It is not even noticeable on the floor when no container is in place. Comes out in 30 seconds with a screwdriver if you wish to remove. Anything else that I've used over the years just doesn't work, is unsafe or looks tacky.
