collapsable steering column
does anyone make a collapsable steering column for a 65 Vette? Is it even possible to get one to fit as i cut 1&1/2 in off my stock column to install a Borgeson box....seemed like the thing to do at the time ..

Are you talking collapsible safety column or a telescopic?
The ones above are tilts.
Did you cut the mast jacket and the shaft or just the shaft?
In either case, the shaft and coulmn (mast jacket) wll be exchanged with any new coulmn.
Or just replace with a stock replacement shaft. $100

Part way through the Borgeson conversion on my 66 and considering this myself. I'm not sure that the ididit or flaming river columns are collapsible. Anyone figured out a good way to upgrade to collapsible steering column in a pre 67 C2?
