Default Rally Wheel Date Code

I read the topic on Rally Wheel codes and the wonderful chart posted by 67heaven. I have (4) wheels stamped - K 13 11 on one side of the valve stem and on the other side - 13 FW. FW looks like it is for 69 Camaro's and Nova's. Also, stamped in the center under the derby cap is - GM K13 and - K 23.

Questions:
1) Can the date be determined from these numbers ?
2) I want to sell them. Have three beauty rings with dings, and 4 center caps. What would be a fair price ?

Thanks in advance !

Default Re: Rally Wheel Date Code (Grey Ghost)

The "K 13 11" means the rim was made at Kelsey-Hayes Romulus, 1973, in November. The "13 FW" means the the rim and spider were welded together on November 13th, and the wheel assembly is for the "FW" application. The "GM K13" on the spider means the spider was made on November 13th, and the "K 23" spider was made on November 23rd.

The "FW" wheels were for the Monte Carlo application - '69 Z/28's only used the "AD" wheel (very early production), and changed to the "YH" wheel in December '68 for the balance of the model year.
