Default Alignment specs

Been a LONG time since I had an alignment or bought new tires and it's time for both. Is there any significant change from the factory front end specs when using radidal tires ? Nothing exotic , probably Firestone Fr710 in the 205 by 70 or 75 series. Almost forgot, the car is a '62. Thanks, Bob

All you need to change is toe-in when changing from bias-ply to radial tires - radials like zero-to-1/16" TOTAL toe-in.

I use to use 1/16" Toe-In with radials, but after taking some measurements with the car weighted with 2 people and then unloaded (and seeing some toe changes), have started using .090" to .125" for total Toe In.

And after setting my 62 to .125", took it for a sprited drive, and then measured tire temps (infared) across each front tread to see if there was any sign of scuffing. Temps were even across the board, and matched the rears as well.
