Another sad sight....
While driving out of Boston last night on Route 1 North, I was being "tailgated" by a dumb... :conehead in her bright yellow Mercedes SLK... car color matched hair color... :rolleyes: Anyway she was paying far more attention to her phone conversation that to driving... :nono: Now my daily driver is a 4X4 pickup so if she hits me I think I will win that competion... :boxing Anyway, there is a reverse direction lane with stop light, unfortunately the light has a quick yellow.... I managed to stop.... she didn't see it until too late and swerved around me on the right and "nailed" a beautiful mid nineties Vette just behind the driver's door (Black Rose).... I stopped to render assistance and noticed the vette was in pristene condition with a 6 speed and a valet switch.... Oh... no.... valet switch... it was a real ZR1... :cry :cry :cry The driver was shaken up but otherwise unhurt and he confirmed my suspicions it was a ZR1 with just 14k on the clock... :cry :cry About the only funny thing I can say about this is that the woman in the SLK looked like a clown with white powered all over her face... :lol: :lol:
