Nope. That's a GM Service replacement wheel made on September 19, 1976, at the Kelsey-Hayes Romulus, Michigan plant.

Sometimes you get lucky - most often not. When I bought my dual quad '61 in 2007 the owner told me it had wrong, clone 2X4 carbs. Turned out they were 100% correct, one year only, pristine 1956 Corvette carbs. I sold them for a goodly sum to get the correct '61 270HP correct carbs for my car...

I got lucky and found a new Craftsman 1/2-9/16 box wrench under the seat of my '58 after I bought it. :-)
