I see exactly what Mike saw, I don't like how the bottom of the driver's side door looks in relation to the front and back fenders as well as the gap at the front. He is advertising the car as a body off, no expense spared older restoration and "appears" to be a no hit body in the photos. Just looking for another set of eyes and opinions.
Edited to say the car's representative said it appears to be a no hit body in the older restoration photos.

Here again pretty much Corvette stuff on the build. These babies didn't line up new. My '66's rear right quarter lines up about the same at the bottom as it aligns with the door....no big deal. Right headlight bucket might be a smidge out of alignment however that's just a adjustment. All toll car looks good....Glen Green?

I think that right hand head light bucket is adjusted about as good as it'll get as far as flushness and aligning body lines. JMO.
Looks like it'll go kinda' high so I wouldn't buy it without seeing it in person in any case.

The door may need a little adjustment but overall, the car looks good. I've never seen any mid-year that the bottoms of the doors fit flush with the fender and quarter panel. My 65 has a no hit body and before I painted it, my panels fit like the one we're talking about here. They all fit and are gapped perfectly now but i spent more time working on that than GM did building the whole car.

I had to go look at my '65 coupe's door fit. My driver's door is flush from the bottom up to at least the door handle. It also has an evern margin of about 3-4mm wide. The right hand side is just slightly underflush to the quarter at the bottom 6-7 inches. Margin on that door is straight to the door handle. The doors have never been adjusted or worked on.
My '63 convertible fit's up similarly. It too hasn't been worked on that I can tell. Original paint.

I can tell you that Ron's has an excellent reputation here in Mass. He does quality restorations. The car looks pretty nice in the pics. The door does look like it sits a little high but I've seen worse. It probably should have sold for what was bid in this market IMO.
Pass side door and quarter are original. Driver side door is original but I replaced the quarter panel. The original panel fit the same as the replacement. I've never figured out what they did to cause this mis-fit on "some" cars while others have very good alignment in this area.
