I'm looking for a 1967 marina blue convertible. Never owned one but I've found one for sale for 25k. Sounds too good to be true with 427 matching numbers, pics look good. How should I go about verifying this before any financial commitments are made? It's across the country from me so I'm either going to need to hire someone to inspect it for me or fly there and do it myself. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Do you have to wire the seller 50k and his brother in the states will transfer the remander 25k to your bank account. Do you have a link to the car

It's on Vette Hound. Says transaction is through Amazon payments. I'm old enough to be very skeptical of any internet transaction. I just don't want to waste money on a plane ticket. I'd only buy it if I saw it myself or had it inspected by someone out there that is reputable

Don't waste your time even looking at Vette Hound. It seems that the majority of the ads on there are bogus!

as mentioned by other members a 67 roadster w/ bloomington Gold on any day with matching #;'s will fetch well into SIX figures and I mean 150 and up from there w/ so many scammers VETTE HOUND is NOT the place to even waste any time ...25k as other members have stated would have sold locally in a nano second.....a 67 basket case non matching #'s might be listed for that $ amount..
