does anyone know if the ncrs shipping date matches the engine stamp date , if not which one is the actual birthdate of the car

No,
the engine stamp date will preceed the shipping date. Usually the ship date will closely approximate the build date embossed above the style number on the Trim plate.

How could the ship date be close to the build date on the trim plate? I thought the trim plate date is the date the body was built & the ncrs ship date is the final date of assembly. They are like 4 months apart. Right or wrong?

I think we need to start fresh. Post your vin number trim tag data and your engine stamp pad along with the casting date of the block. So we can decode it and help you
