Default 64 coupe

Replacing battery in 64 Coupe, no A/C, 327 hp, and want to be sure and put in the correct battery. Might go with an Odyessy? Any suggestions?

Any good quality group 24 series battery will work just fine.
Delco, Interstate, Exide are the popular ones unless you buy a store brand.

Default 64 Coupe Battery

Would 60 - 70 amps be about right?

I think you mean 600-700 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps).

for best results, go Delco.
The current version is 24A.

Delco discontinued that series of batteries. I believe it was made in Korea to compete with retailers.

The new series is 24P, low price, then 24PS, silver series, and the 24PG, gold series.

The problem with Delco, which I stock in my store, is they only give a limited free replacement period. After that period, there is no more pro-rate. You throw the battery away and purchase a new one.
I believe Exide went that same route.
I also stock Interstate which still has a modified pro-rate.

OK
24A, 24P, 24PS or 24PG. Keep it Delco, and have many miles of happy motoring.
