Default !957 body on a 1962 frame and drivetrain

Hello, been a while since I've been on here. Sold my 1981 vette and may have a new project, but not sure about the value. I have not had my hands on this yet or seen pic's. It is a 1962 vette with a 1957 body in fair condition, needs paint. The car was purchased as a complete 1962, but body was swapped for an unknown reason. Car has a 327 with 4 speed. The '62' body has been stored outside as has the '57' frame.

The car has been barn stored and under cover since the last time it was driven in the '70's. There are extra parts included also.

They would like to sell all items as a package deal. I know this info is pretty vague, but would like to have a little info and possibly a dollar figure when I talk to the owner.

Thanks, nash

It sounds like you have got the start of two good project cars there.

Might be $20,000 in parts there.

Thanks, I guess the reason the body was changed out was due to a slight run in with a fence. I need to go look at it to see exactly what condition it's in.
