Several of the big name header mfgrs make them,as long as you don't have angle plug heads.

On the down side for Hookers, port work is needed for max power.

Exactly. I have Hedman sidepipe headers originally bolted to double humps. Now have ProFiler angle plug aluminum heads which have raised "D" ports. Required a lot of mock up and work to adapt them to the new heads.
