Windshield Wiper Set Up
So, after about 15 years without the wiper arms installed I decided to put them on the car. Truth be told, I'd forgotten that they even worked, and thought that was why I never put them back on the car. More truth, this was the first time I was caught in the rain and wanted to use them...
I went to the garage where I knew they were and could only find the drivers side arm. This morning I went to check on the Chevelle and I had put the passenger side arm into the box of crap that was with the Chevelle.
Now that I have both arms, which one should be on top when at rest?

Yes, it's a mid-year (1966).
Thanks! Got it set up. All I have to do is buy blades to replace the 15+ year old ones that are there now.
