Well there were many colors thrown around at first but I never could find a modern dark blue that was not full of metallic. A modern color I felt was critical to repairs an longevity as I drive all my cars. Believe it or not from a painters point of view black is easier than silver to repair

The car is stunning! The chassis looks like it could work in a Hummer. 350 hrs in body work plus another 40 for wet sand and buff, holy black Corvette bat man, there's a bill there. I contacted you about the soda blasting. I decided to give it a go myself as I was concerned about who would be doing it and how good a job they would do. I'm very happy with the results so far, I still have the trunk and the bottom to do. I entend to get all the major glass work done then do either a gel coat or a epoxy prime before body filler. It's already been said many times but once more cant hurt, yours is beautiful. I hope you enjoy it many many years.

looks awesome and love the roadster shop chassis. Not knowing all the details the time spent on your bodywork is not out of line. I know there are many guys on this forum that understand what it takes to do a fiberglass car and it is time consuming. Much more difficult than metal and a heck of a lot more temperamental if not done properly. Looking forward to seeing this come together.

Let's meet up sometime. I just finished a 67 pro touring Camaro with DSE, LSX, Tremec 6, etc and am itching for a 68 C3. PM me your number.

Kris
