does anyone know where I can get another one? 2 of the 4 tabs have broken off that hold it to the main case.

There are several places that restore gauge clusters, one of them should have it. Corvette Instrument Service would be a good place to start.

Made contact with them and they said to epoxy it down got some other feelers out would rather get one than epoxy
