Note that Plaidside's pic shows rivets between the brackets. Those are correct for 58-61 because the vacuum tank legs were retained to the inner fender by small bolts through holes in the legs that threaded through the riveted-on tapped plate. In 62 they pressed a stud into those holes in the legs and didn't use the threaded plate that was riveted to the inner fender. That's why way earlier in this thread I was able to suggest that you probably had a 62, before you had identified what year you were asking about.
