Drivers side anything is going to be more worn than the passenger side. When I first bought my car, the drivers door sagged so bad it would barely close.

X2....had to replace the hinges on the driver's side of my '67 GTO which has about 250,000 miles on it. The passenger side is original and still like new. Kinda like your throwing arm or clutch leg....what's used more gets the wear and tear.
