Mostly surface rust, it cleans up pretty good.

If they called is salt blasting would you still do it? Soda = salt
I soda blasted one car and will never again. It is mostly impossible to get all the salt out after it's been blasted with high velocity. Don't get all the salt out and you get rust under the paint.
Last metal fenders I blasted it was with recycled glass. No salt worries there.

Yeah, didn't use soda, we used a mild glass bead/water mix at 25-30 psi. I have that story in another thread.
