Off the top of my head, I've made a fixture to hold half shaft flanges for replacing the u-joints, A-arm fixture to install the bushings without distorting the A-arm, a pinion flange holder for torqueing the pinion nut to crush the sleeve, a modified engine stand to hold 2 doors for painting, various adapters to use with a bearing puller etc. Having a MIG, O&A outfit and a plasma cutter, I look for projects and tools to build.
I needed to remove the radio on my '67. The nuts behind the ***** were hard to get off; I used the old trick of sticking a spread apart needle nose pliers into the slots, but that didn't work. I took a 1/4" drive 3/8" deep socket and did a little grinding and came up with a tool that worked perfectly. (Don't quote me on the exact size of the socket because it was about 15 years ago.)
I took an old butter knife and bent the blade into a "J" shape it to assist in installing the rubber grommet for the speedo/tach in the firewall...with the distributor in place...took forever but i got it in...
:::EDIT:::
Also took a can/bottle opener and made a shifter alignment tool to use with shifter in the car...

Is the shifter alignment tool for a Hurst?
I am looking for something similar for the stock 63' shifter. I keep finding the gate changing as the muncie transmission heats up and think I might need to go back to a baseline alignment to retune the pattern.

I used a drill bit for an alignment tool. Plus, used anchor bolts, paper clips and a cotter pin to hold screws in.
