What year? Coupe or Convert? If it is a 64/64 Coupe the exhaust blower in the left wheel area off/on switch maybe in the on position which will remover power to the heater power switch. It prevents the exhaust blower and heater blower being on at the same time.

Besides the three terminal connector at the switch, you should have 2 single brown wires. One is power from the fuse box, the other goes to the rear blower.

No 12volt to any wires on blower in rear compartment or at heater motor switch or at heater motor!
Where do i need to get 12volt, where is a starting point?
This is what i know.
1. the car will turn over, power to starter. new build, have yet to pre-lube, and need 12 to HEI.
2. head lights lift up and turn on, brights work.
3. park lights turn with half pull on switch, but turn off with head light on.
4. tail light work with head lights on.
5. brake light work.
6. blinkers work, both sides front and back.
7. dash right turn signal not working, left works.
The car has all new wiring!
puzzled!

I think that you got the answer, the brown wire from the fuse goes to the switch. I had lost that connection. I will check it out.

Like such. Picture from a '66 switch. There was no blower in '66, so there is just the one brown wire.
