C1 door striker shim?
I removed my door strikers on my 58 to clean up and noticed that there was no shim. Did all 58s have the shim under the door striker?

dunno about 58, but my 62 had them and I had to take them out to get clearance to the lock assembly.

Hi Dennis
Are you having any problems keeping your door striker in place without the use of the skid plates?

I don't have any problem with them moving without the 'skid plate"...
