Say's C3, but I did a video on how to do the conversion on the C3 clocks, it's the same for the C2 cars except you have to remove the stem **** to get the can apart... it's pretty basic and I always tell customers to rebuild it themselves vs. buying a new clock or sending them off somewhere.
If the lens is bad you can replace it but you have to be careful of the clock bezel rivets, if you pry gently between them you can remove the bezel from the clock, change the lens and then re-stake the rivets.
The face on the 65-67 clocks in most cases can be brought back to life by rubbing them with Finesse-it by 3M (used for removing swirl marks in paint) or any "VERY" mild compound.
