It looks like a 63 to me...coves in the roof are correct, one year only parking brake cable coming out of the firewall, a pillar moldings, and hard mounted to the frame.
I was just thinking of how proud of myself I was when I patched and rebuilt the heater box and got all the vent/heater/fan controls working again. I would have an aneurysm trying to sort that mess out.
