I do not have the '63 NCRS judging guide here, but the '65 L76 365 aluminum intake takes 9/16" black phosphate hex head bolts with no washers, which are typically painted aluminum doing the intake painting process, with head marks "A", "M", "TR", "UR", or "FP".
Since I quoted the wrong year ('65 vs '63) someone who knows will come along and give you the correct answer.

From the latest '63 JG:
"Known original 1963 base engine, L75, L76 cars use with head marks of "M", "TR", or "AP" inscribed in a circle to attach the intake manifold or base plate. The bolts on cast iron intakes are painted engine orange during the engine painting process while the bolts on aluminum intakes may be black phosphate, cadmium or zinc plated and may be partially covered with silver paint."
